– Up to 7 days before the date of the activity: cancellation for free
– 4 – 6 before: 50 % refund
– 3 days before/no show: no refund
If the client can’t find the shop and he/she doesn’t contact the guide this will be:
no show service.
The refund will be made within 20 working days by crediting on account number.
